Dr. Ir. Muhamad Zohadie Bardaie

Professor Zohadie was awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, USA in 1979.
He retired as a professor in the Faculty of Engineering at University Putra Malaysia (UPM) on December 2006. While at UPM, he served as the Dean of the Engineering Faculty (1988-1993), Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Developmental Affairs (1993-1999), the Vice Chancellor/President (2001-2005) and Pro-Chancellor Universiti Putra Malaysia (2021-2024).
He has produced more than 200 publications in the subjects of machinery and systems engineering, energy, engineering education and entrepreneurship & innovation. He is a registered professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He is a member of professional societies including the International Council on Systems Engineering, The New York Academy of Science and The Club of Bologna.
Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Perunding Bakti Sdn Bhd, an engineering consultancy company, and as a member of the board for Selangor Industrial University (UNISEL)

Zainol Azhwa Zulkifli

Mr. Zainol Azhwa graduated from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, majoring in Forest Management. His collaboration with Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd started in 2011 as a Purchasing Executive, where he had to effectively manage the supply chain in order to optimise costs, quality and delivery timing.

He was promoted to Head of Customer Service to focus on providing consultative sales of trading companies with corporate accounts. A year later, he was appointed Assistant Manager for the Sales and Marketing Department.
In 2013, he was entrusted to lead the company’s expansion into Indonesia. Appointed Director for our international division, he served as a key member of the executive team that developed sales strategies and was also assigned to manage and control the whole operation in Indonesia.
He also managed a team of three directors and three managers under PT MITRA PRIMA MEDIKA. His main focus in Indonesia was to formulate marketing strategies, improve brand planning and develop effective business strategies to drive international revenue growth.
In 2016, he has been assigned as a Director of Foresight Dialysis Sdn Bhd focusing on Dialysis Care Management services and setting up of dialysis centre. FDSB is operating 16 dialysis centres and expected to have another 10 dialysis centres by 2024. Starting December 2020, he was given responsibility for managing the overall operation of Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd. and he was subsequently officially appointed in October 2023 as the Group Managing Director for Foresight Group of Companies.

Aidi Roslan b. Abu Bakar

Mr. Aidi Roslan graduated from MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM) with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy in 1986.
He started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm that exposed him to accounting, auditing and taxation of companies in multiple industries; private, public and multinational owned.
He served Johor Corporation Group of companies from 1990 to 2002, where his involvement in the medical industry began. As the General Manager (Pharmaceutical) of Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd, he was responsible in overseeing the operation of retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical trading, medical disposables and health products as well as central purchasing for hospital operations.
During his employment with Johor Corporation Group, he also served as a director of various companies within the group in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. He was exposed to various businesses including franchises, plantations, property developments and financial services. He held an Investment Advisory License from Securities Commission Malaysia between 2000 and 2002. He was appointed as a director of Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd in 30th November 2005.

Mohammad Farish Nizar Othman

Non Executive Director
Muhammad Farish is currently the Director of Corporate Service of Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), a wholly-subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad that is involved in commercialization of public/private sector research results, early stage technology ventures, innovation policy development, incubation space and fund management.
Mohammad Farish is a Chartered Accountant who began his career from 1995 to 2003 with Messrs. PricewaterhouseCoopers Kuala Lumpur and subsequently with Messrs. KPMG Kuala Lumpur, both in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice covering multiple assignments on various industries.
He then joined MTDC as the Senior Vice President Finance and Corporate Services, and in 2010 he joined Scomi Engineering Berhad, a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, as General Manager of Busines Development and Tender Coordination. He then returned to MTDC in May 2014 as the Director of Advisory and Value Added Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 1995 and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Dr. Azraf Muhammad Fitri Auziz

Clinical Director Foresight Dialysis
Dr. Azraf Muhammad Fitri Bin Auziz completed his medical studies at University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2008. Following this, he commenced his professional journey as a House Officer at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah for a tenure of 2 years, followed by a further 2 years as a Medical Officer at Hospital Jitra until 2012.
Transitioning into the realm of medical services, he contributed his expertise as a Medical Officer at BP Diagnostic Center while concurrently nurturing his ventures in the Dialysis Services Industry. His extensive background encompasses diverse facets of medical care, spanning hospitals, diagnostic centres, and dialysis services.
Notably, he is the visionary behind Pusat Rawatan Dialisis Al Kindi (now recognized as Foresight Dialysis Pendang) and Pusat Rawatan Dialisis Al Farabi, Changlun. Seeking to fortify his entrepreneurial pursuits, he forged strategic alliances, culminating in a collaborative effort with Foresight Dialysis Sdn Bhd for the management of dialysis centres.
Presently, he assumes the essential role of Director of Clinical Board at Foresight, steering the company’s future expansion endeavors and lending his expertise to enhance medical management practices.

Zainol Izwan Zulkifli

Mr. Zainol Izwan Zulkifli was graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015.
He started his career in 2016 as an Engineering Executive in Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd. Then in 2017, he was appointed as F&B Manager at FISB’s subsidiary company i.e Resource Care Sdn Bhd.
Subsequently, in 2018 he was transferred to another subsidiary at FDSB as a Manager in Engineering & Centre Operation Department whereby he was responsible for monitoring & coordinating engineering, technical, clinical & purchasing activities.
After that, he was promoted as Head of Engineering in December 2020 with responsibilities to lead engineering team. Effective April 2023, based on his expertise and experience, he was appointed as the Head of Procurement for the Foresight Group of Companies.
